Property Owners/Managers: How to Create a Listing with Boston College

Boston College maintains an apartment database exclusive to the BC community (and approved guests). To post listings on our user-friendly and mobile-friendly apartment database website, visit bc.edu/offcampushousing.  Create a Property Manager account, then click Individual/Private Owner and follow the prompts to create your listing. You can also reach the site by visiting bc.edu/offcampus and clicking the Rentals/Roommates tab. It costs $25 to post a listing on the site for 30 days.

Property listings can include:

  • Photographs & floor plans
  • Maps with proximity to campus
  • Links to your email, application/lease, and/or website
  • Unlimited text description and list of amenities
