Peter Kwiatek, Assistant Director, Off-Campus Housing: As the Assistant Director of Off-Campus Housing in the Office of Residential Life, Peter assists students on issues related to rental policies, the apartment search, roommate and landlord concerns, as well as tenant rights and responsibilities. You can visit Off-Campus housing in Maloney Hall, Suite 413. Walk-ins are always welcome!
Kristen O'Driscoll, Assistant Dean, Dean of Students Office: As an Assistant Dean of Students, Dean O'Driscoll and her staff manage the conduct process for all incidents in the off-campus community. Dean O'Driscoll helps foster civility, communality, and social decorum required by Boston College through behavioral meetings to discuss student conduct in the off-campus community. You can visit Dean O'Driscoll in the Dean of Students Office in Maloney Hall, Suite 450 (appointments are encouraged).
Steve Montgomery, Community Liaison, Office of Community Affairs: Steve Montgomery serves as a liaison between neighbors, students, and Boston College. He can be spotted on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights as well as holidays and other high activity dates responding to disturbance calls. Steve works closely with both the Boston Police and Boston College Police to maintain a safe, respectful neighborhood. Steve Montgomery is also an advocate for students who face challenges living off-campus and has walk-in hours in his office at the Hopkin House at 116 College Road.
